What professional achievement are you most proud of and why? Graduating from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island. This experience was by far one of the most physically and mentally challenging experiences of my life. I learned crucial leadership principles as well as core values to not only help develop individuals, but teams.
What is your favorite quote and why? “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” -Theadore Roosevelt. This phrase resonates with me because it demonstrates that empathy and genuine care are often the first step to someone trusting your knowledge and wisdom.
What is your favorite place in the world and why? Rome, Italy. The energy, food, and people are unlike anything I’ve experienced.

In another life, I would probably be a Formula 1 driver.

Prior to joining Acorn, Leo worked as a small business banker for JPMorgan Chase, helping small businesses grow through various products and services. Leo recently finished serving in the Marine Corps. After 6 years of service, he was honorably discharged as a Sergeant.
Leo lives in Herndon, VA. During Leo’s free time he enjoys playing golf, fishing, taking his dog on hikes, and tending to his lawn.
