With a career defined by discipline and a commitment to growth, Leonardo currently serves as a Portfolio Management Analyst at Acorn. He joined the firm following a successful three-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase, where he focused on empowering small business owners by navigating complex financial landscapes and driving sustainable growth.
Leonardo’s professional grit was forged during his six years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Serving as a Sergeant and Light Armor Reconnaissance (LAR) Scout in the reserves from 2019 to 2025, he developed a sharp aptitude for tactical decision-making and leadership under pressure.
Today, he translates those insights into strategic wins for the financial sector. A firm believer in the “healthy body, healthy mind” philosophy, Leonardo spends his time away from the desk at the gym, on the golf course, or exploring the great outdoors.
What is the most rewarding part of your relationship with our clients?
The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing the shift from uncertainty to confidence. There is nothing more fulfilling than watching a client gain a new understanding of their wealth and then leverage that financial clarity to finally pursue the goals they’ve spent years envisioning.

What is a travel destination that completely changed your perspective or exceeded your expectations?
Rome is truly in a league of its own. Having traveled extensively, I find the synergy between the cuisine, the people, and the city’s unique energy to be unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. There is a soulful authenticity to Roman life that stays with you long after you’ve left.
