What do you believe is the most common misconception people have about managing wealth?
The most common misconception is that self managing saves more money. While bypassing advisory fees seems like a direct saving, it often ignores the hidden costs of missed tax efficiencies and suboptimal asset location. In reality, the value lost through unoptimized strategy frequently outweighs the cost of professional guidance.
What is the most rewarding part of your relationship with our clients?
The most rewarding part of my relationship with our clients is earning their peace of mind. Financial goals can feel complex or even stressful, so there is nothing better than the moment a client realizes they have a clear, actionable path forward.
What is a travel destination that completely changed your perspective or exceeded your expectations?
Guatemala was a truly surreal experience that redefined my expectations of travel. Between the incredible food, the vibrant culture, and the warmth of the people and the weather, every part of the experience felt like a dream.
Whether it is vintage watches, rare books, or just great memories, what is something you love to collect?
I love to collect cards that people give to me on special occasions. It means so much that they took the time to write something thoughtful and personal.
What was your very first job, and what humbling or valuable lesson did it teach you?
